Both regular and tall sizes show 28" inseam. Is this correct?

No, it says that Tall sizes are 2" longer than regular sizes, therefore, 28" inseam is 30" in Tall sizes.

Does any of your Heat gear have a fly. Some of us with our line of work don’t have the ability to pull a wasteband down everytime we have to pee.

Hi there! Our apologies, our HeatGear® leggings that are currently available do not feature a working fly. At this time, our Base leggings (2.0, 3.0, and 4.0) and Tactical ColdGear® Infrared Base Leggings feature a working fly.

I am 5 feet 10 inch tall. My waist is between 31-32 inches. Inseam is 32 inches. What size is best for me

If you have a belly small or medium, but if you want snug stick with small. If you want tight then go as far as xs since these layers run big.
