It's extremely comfortable and fits my body well. Not only that, but it also makes me look better as it sculpts my muscles more, making it more visible. I usually wear an M but was recommended to buy a large for compressions.

Hi Keegan! The HeatGear® Men's Long Sleeve does not feature additional built-in UPF protection.
I’m the same specs! I originally went with the XS and that works great! Recently, I got two sized S and it offered a lot of the same compressive fit but was easier to pull off post-workout. I wear all three pretty interchangeably, though!
